Hey Marci - LOL....wish it were that easy.

There is a very good freeware called DVDFlick which will perform all the necessary steps for you with just one click. It includes the free ImgBurn software (which is also very good) for the final stage of burning to DVD so you can watch the movies on the TV.

I wrote a simple 'how to' article on using DVDFlick, you can view HERE.

The beauty of DVDFlick is the ease of use......plus it will convert, author and burn mixed formats all in one go. :)

I've experienced some audio sync issues in the past but that has been mainly when dealing with very large files. There are other freeware choices around but none compare to DVDFlick for sheer simplicity and overall effectiveness.

Hey Jim, that program absolutely ROCKS!!!!! It's easy to use, works very well ... I'm burning my movies onto discs with no problems and it plays fine on the TV! It is EXCELLENT!!!!

You have done it again, my dear friend! Thanks SO MUCH for the advice and information!!!
