Carroll: Set individual screen resolutions for each user

I don’t actually need to change screen resolution here on my home PC, but I can well imagine how this may be necessary for situations involving multiple users; and especially where multiple users with varying degrees of eyesight are concerned.

If you are in this position, it isn’t too difficult to change the screen resolution manually each time, but it would certainly be a hassle. Carroll is a freeware which provides a simple way to permanently set custom screen resolutions for each individual user.

Carroll will install universally – that is the interface will be available for each user. Simply log-on to the user account, select the desired screen resolution and click ‘Change screen resolution and restore with every logon’. From then on, each time that user logs on, the screen will automatically display using the predefined custom resolution.
